You can reset your account password with the OBD Auto Doctor software.

Step 1 — Computer: Launch the software and select Account ⟶ Log in from the top application menus.

Step 1 — Mobile: Launch the app and navigate to Extras ⟶ Account.

Step 2: Press the Log in button.

Step 3: Select Forgot password? and enter your account email address in the password reset page.

Step 4: Double-check your email address and press the Send button. Check your inbox for the password reset email.

If you didn’t receive the email within a minute, please ensure that

• You entered a valid OBD Auto Doctor account password. If you don’t have an account with us, we can’t send you the reset email.
• Your inbox is not over its storage quota.
• Your email provider hasn’t marked the message as spam and moved it to your spam or junk folder.
